Location excellent in the middle of everything. Close to major restaurants and famous shopping malls. Easy access to Causeway Bay MTR station.

Great location, near MTR and convenience stores. Friendly and responsive staff. Good value for money. Clean room with necessary amenities.

We visited such places as causeway bay that were right by the hotel. An easy walk to Din Tai Fung, where you can have lunch. We loved staying at wifi boutique: )

One of the dining options, Tao Heung was 15 mins walk away. We appreciated wifi boutique. Location, an easy walk to all attractions...

Pleasant stay with nice amenities. Room was well-equipped with towels, AC unit, fridge, and coffee maker. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room cleaning was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than expected, feeling cramped for two people with barely enough storage space for luggage. The Wi-Fi was an absolute joke and barely worked, causing frustration when trying to use it.

Rooms are small, but that is OK, as it is compromise against price.

I did not enjoy or like this hotel, we booked a family rrom and it turned out to be just a double room,so with the extra bed ther was no space for a family. The staff were not friendly in any manner. Having spent five nights \i was approached the next morning to say I had damaged there sheets and linen and would have to be charged for it, Housekeeping could not get the stains out. This was three dots of juice my child spilt when pulling out a straw from his packet. I told them it was ridiculious and would clean it myself if it was such a problem. I went to the store bought some fabric cleaner and that evening I washed it in the sink and all marks were removed withing 5 minutes. (of course when i came back this evening to the room they had

removed the sheets after 5 days not so had intended to charge the following day when leaving) I have never been so insulted and the manner of the staff when told about the problem was a disgrace, shown an enlarged photo ..as if I had trashed the room. In 17 yrs + of travelling I have never stayed in a hotel where they charge you for staying and then you have to do the washing too!!!I would not ever recommend this hotel for any family or couple .

The Wifi Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable, with clean and comfortable rooms that were surprisingly spacious. Lastly, the hotel's location near the Causeway Bay MTR station made it convenient for shopping and exploring the city.

No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

Very good Location, for night life and day life. Small room but very well design so you dont really feel its small. Great facilities in the room with the DVD player Ipod dock and free Wifi

Only point, the lack of privacy in the toilets

A new hotel, great location, at the middle between Central & Causeway Bay. You can walk every were. A lot of Cafe & Restaurants around.

As the hotel is new, still some works are going on.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being near both Times Square and Causeway Bay MTR station. It's perfect for convenient shopping and exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and offer free wifi, which is a big plus.

All was ok, but the floors and towels could have been cleaner.

Only sleeping during at night. Because we usually go out in the morning and come back at night to sleep.

when we usually came at night I observe that the house keeping did not properly arrange our bed sheets and doesn't put some air freshener inside our room.

Very nice hotel. Good location and free wi-fi. We plan to stay in this hotel when we come back to Hong Kong.

The hotel's location was extremely convenient, close to many MTR stations and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms were stylish, and the internet was of great speed. there were many TV channels to choose from, and guests had access to a vending machine.

The bed was very hard, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Centrally located and good value for money, with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, with plenty of taxis and bus stops nearby. The rooms were also quite large and kept clean during my stay.

The customer service could have been better, with some staff being less friendly and helpful than others. while the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were a bit stuffy and needed better ventilation.
